Keep the customer satisfied

I have a membership with Netflix through which I can rent one DVD at a time. Having watched the movie, I mail it back, and usually receive email the next day or, occasionally, the day after that, informing me that they've received the disc and will send me another.

This morning, at five minutes before ten, I popped into the post office on 18th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues. I slid the DVD mailer into the slot, and was off to work.

I went out for lunch at 2 p.m. and when I came back, I had an email waiting for me, letting me know that Netflix had received the DVD I'd mailed a mere four hours earlier.

I know people like to knock the postal service, but brother, that's what I call service.
