Yesterday afternoon, I passed Haley Joel Osment and a female companion as they made their way north on Fifth Avenue near 11th Street. I wonder, is he a student at an area university -- NYU, perhaps, or The New School?
(Update: A little web research reveals that, yes, HJW is studying at NYU.)
Then last night, as Flo and I sat at one of our favorite outdoor cafes on Seventh Avenue near 17th Street, we spotted -- well, Flo spotted -- Kristen Johnston and Sarah Jessica Parker strolling in a southerly direction, deep in a conversation.
